- Responsible for the administration of the Company and for its processes in financial and other matters under assignment from the Board and subject to the oversight and guidelines of the Board.
- Ensures the proper employment of strategies and policies accepted by the Board.
- Putting in place suitable arrangements to confirm that funds & resources are correctly safeguarded and are used efficiently, economically, and excellently and in accordance with the Company’s business proposal, the primary objective and legal obligations.
- Works with the Board of Directors and other investors to establish short-term goals and long-range goals, and linked plans and rules.
- Presents consistent reports on the status of the company’s processes to the board of directors and its teams.
